Alert for Gun Owners: California’s Semi-Automatic Ban Just Got DOJ Approval.
Alert for Gun Owners: California’s Semi-Automatic Ban Just Got DOJ Approval

California just pulled off the most cunning backdoor semi-auto ban in history, and it becomes reality January 1st, 2028. The California DOJ is requiring "micro-stamping technology" that doesn't actually exist in practical form. This will eliminate every semi-automatic handgun currently on the roster - we're talking about a complete wipeout.

Lessons for Gun Owners - Attorney Explains EP96 (Syndicated version)

In the first half, attorney Sean Maloney from Second Call Defense joins me to explain the lessons gun owners can learn from what happened to Kyle Rittenhouse.

In the second half, I discuss a home invasion case from Oceanside California in which the homeowner successfully defended himself.

Life in Rural Arizona:

Life in Rural Arizona:
When we bought our place in Arizona, I found out the local fire district and sheriff’s department didn’t have a 911 address for the ranch. So, I went to the county to fix the problem. They gave me a one-page form and told me to attach a picture of our driveway.

I said, “We don’t have a driveway. We have a jeep trail.”

The gal at the county said, “That’s OK, Mr. Persinger. We have over 800 miles of county roads—only 60 miles of them are paved.”

Here’s a picture of our “driveway.”

By the way, the “county road” that runs to the front gate of our property is actually on our land. So even the county N road is a private road. N stands for “Non-maintained,” which simply means the county doesn’t maintain it. We maintain the road, but it’s still listed on the county map. Rural life—definitely not like the burbs.

Gas prices in Yuma Arizona.

I always stop in Yuma for gas at the ARCO on 4th Avenue in Yuma. Best prices in town.

WINNING!!!

The solar farm I'm fighting took a hit at yesterday's meeting. I counted three of the five commissioners on the Planning and Zoning Commission who seemed highly dubious about the project—I’d go as far as to say they were strongly against it. A fourth seemed to be leaning the same way.

A few of my neighbors showed up and voiced their displeasure, which I was glad to see. Arizona Game and Fish was there as well, and it didn’t sound like the developer was following their strong recommendations regarding pronghorn migration. Honestly, I think we can kill this thing—provided the other ranchers and landowners stick together.

The picture below shows the area they want to bulldoze and cover in solar panels—3,200 acres. That’s five 640-acre sections of prime elk, deer, and antelope habitat. The land is also used by local ranchers with grazing rights. While I was out there yesterday, I saw elk, speed goats, and cattle roaming that land. These solar farms are an ecological travesty.
