1-Mile Military Train – Texas to D.C. with Tanks, Armor, and More for Army’s 250th Parade
For the U.S. Army’s 250th anniversary parade on June 14, 2025, a nearly one-mile-long (1.6 km) military train is transporting M1 Abrams tanks, M2 Bradleys, M109 Paladins, and Strykers approximately 1,300 miles (2,100 km) by rail from Texas to Washington, D.C.
