Major New California Gun Bill Passes First Hurdle.
HB2047 has was just recently heard in the House Public Safety Committee. It was met with both support and resistance. This bill appears to be written by Everytown who was there to provide input. It was strongly opposed by the ACLU, GOA, GOC and more.
In the first half, attorney Sean Maloney from Second Call Defense joins me to explain the lessons gun owners can learn from what happened to Kyle Rittenhouse.
In the second half, I discuss a home invasion case from Oceanside California in which the homeowner successfully defended himself.
My prediction (which is probably worth exactly what you paid for it): The Nutty Ninth will once again rule in favor of California’s draconian laws. The case will then head to SCOTUS — if that court actually grants cert.
