I had a minor roof leak during the last big storm. My roofer—a personal friend from church named Vidal—came by today to check on it. While his guys were fixing what turned out to be a minor issue, Vidal and I had an hour-long, deep spiritual conversation about life, the Lord, and scripture. I love that brother. He is a true blessing.

I’m drinking mint tea with raw honey and fresh lemon juice. I’ve also been juicing clementines from our tree and drinking that daily—along with pounding a million vitamins and getting plenty of rest.
This latest virus is a real booger. Pete, Steve, and others on the crew are down with it too. Thankfully, I’m just about over it. Now I’ll head to SHOT Show and try to avoid catching the annual SHOT Show flu.
