Had my annual physical today. The doc told me my BMI says I’m obese. I’m just not seeing it. I thought I was in pretty good shape for a 67-year-old dude. I guess the computer didn’t like the 230 pounds at 6'2". It says I should weigh 185. Can you imagine?
I don't know. I guess I have about 5 lbs of belly I should lose - but, obese? Are you kidding me?
