We all go through difficult moments in life. When mine show up—as they often do—I think about the Apostle Paul's situation, which was so much more challenging than mine. I read his response to tough times and draw strength from the Lord, as he did. Perhaps his words will help you as well.

I have learned the secret of being content in any and every situation, whether well fed or hungry, whether living in plenty or in want. I can do all this through him who gives me strength."
