Since dawn this morning:
- We attended church (great lesson comparing the B-attitudes with the 10 Commandments).
- I pruned and fertilized the garden (nice tomatoes).
- Mrs. P baked some muffins.
- I picked some avocados and gave some to my neighbor.
- I made a big bowl of guacamole, which is now in the fridge.
- My wife and daughter organized stuff for next weekend's yard sale.
- I cleaned up a mess in the backyard.
- I lifted for a while (today was chest and triceps day).
- I'm leaving now for a two mile walk along San Diego Bay.
- And tonight is dinner with our son and his family.
If we had spent all day on social media, we would have accomplished none of that. Life is meant to be lived, not just commented on.
