I had to submit my CCW renewal application to the San Diego sheriff today. They always ask about any arrests in my past. So, I always disclose the time I got arrested for saving my neighbor and her little 7 year old daughter from two pitbulls. I was forced to shoot one of the dogs.
The local PD, in its infinite wisdom, arrested me for discharging a firearm in the city limits. Yes... its stupid... I know. No charges were filed against me and I got my gun back.
