A meeting got cancelled, so I took a few minutes to fiddle with my Starlink ROAM. It took all of 10 minutes to set the dish on the roof, run the cable through the laundry room door and into my office, and plug in the router. Done.
The internet connection is excellent. I made a video conference call that worked great. Then I called Rick Travis at home using the Starlink WIFI and Voice of IP. Perfect. Now I'm streaming a movie. Outstanding!
This is going to be great on our off-grid place in Arizona. Plus, it's a terrific back-up in case of earthquake or other disaster at our home in California. I'm glad we did it. If there's ever a deal on the Mini, I'll probably do that as well.
