I was asked a very good question this morning regarding why I plan to vote for Donald Trump, especially in light of Trump having put his foot in his mouth a few times regarding the Second Amendment as well as a few other things. Here's my answer.
I should make clear that I am not a member of any political party. I have no faith in any of them. Also, I don't know President Trump. I've never met him, and I probably never will.
With that made clear, Donald Trump may be a wonderful man in person. Still, his public persona often leaves a lot to be desired. Like the rest of us, Trump is VERY far from perfect as a person. He is a foul mouthed, obnoxious, narcissistic, caricature of a man - at least in public. If I were looking for a nice guy who had good manners, I would not be voting for Donald Trump. But that's not what I'm looking for and it's not what this country needs right now.
This country needs a bull in a China shop. We need a patriotic American street fighter who is not afraid to put America and Americans first - not afraid to get his hands dirty - not afraid of shaking up the system - not afraid of pissing off our enemies - not afraid of taking on the globalist leftists who want to run the world. Trump is that street fighter - that bull. He's the American version of Javier Milei in a way.
Trump's policies are known. We saw them when he was president. His policies were FAR superior to those of most presidents during my lifetime. Trump is predictably unpredictable from a foreigner's point of view. That quality helped our country on the world stage by keeping our enemies guessing and our "friends" a little of balance. His approach both domestically and internationally was infinitely better than Biden's.
In my opinion, there is no better choice available than Donald Trump at this point in history. He is exactly the right man for the job. As a result, he has my vote and my full support. I will put my time, money, and effort behind ensuring that Donald Trump is the next president of the United States.
