California "Assault Weapon" law Struck Down
As can always be expected from Judge Benitez, a stunningly well reasoned decision striking California's restrictions on semi-automatic rifles as unconstitutional.
Next step is the 9th Circuit, which is as nutty as ever. But, don't give up!
