California's Magazine Ban Unconstitutional.
I just finished reading the decision by Judge Benitez striking down as unconstitutional California's ban on firearm magazines holding more than ten rounds. As can be expected from Judge Benitez, this is an excellently and eloquently written opinion that is virtually unassailable. A great win for California gun owners!
