I had stopped posting on Parler a while back. It kept crashing and was ridiculously slow. It just never seemed to recover after AWS killed it. However, since Kanye West is buying it, I'll start posting there again. If he actually invests some coin in it, it could be a fabulous platform. Besides, a lack of competition is precisely what granted Big Tech it's power to play "Thought Police." The more competition in the social media space, the better.
Free speech, by it's very definition, must include offensive or disagreeable speech. For example: Kanye West has been putting his foot in his mouth attacking the Jews. Frankly, I don't agree with him. Still, he has the right to voice his opinion. I feel the same about Alex Jones. I'm not particularly fond of Alex Jones or his presentation. Even so, he has a right to voice his views even when others find them to be irresponsible or hurtful.
