Stop school shootings by hardening the targets.
This is not rocket science. Create a single point of entry, post armed security at the entry, no less than two armed officers per school, allow teachers to be trained and armed, post the following warning: "Our staff is armed. If you come here to cause harm, we will shoot you grave yard dead!" Done.
